After logging in, click Calls in the left menu, and click New Call, and then Schedule Call (located under the drop-down).
Fill in the Call Subject and Description, choose the date and time of the call, specify the estimated call duration, check or uncheck the option to allow or disallow participants to join before you (it is recommended to allow them to join before the host joins), enter the email address of the person you are scheduling the call with and click + and repeat for additional people, and finally click Schedule Call.
Alternatively, you can select the invitees from your Contacts list by clicking the Contacts icon located
beside the Participants email field.
Once scheduled, you and the invited person(s) will receive the scheduled call's details by email from email@example.com.
Note: The date and time you select are in your local time zone, and the system converts the date and time to UTC and sends the UTC date and time in the invitation email. The call can be started at any time; you do not have to wait until the scheduled time.
After logging in, the scheduled call can be started by clicking the blue Join button of the corresponding call on the Calls page.
